Edo govt moves to boost human capital development

Edo State government will host a two-day conference on human capital development for the South-South region. In a statement, Managing Director, Edo State Skills Development Agency, Violet Obiokoro, said the two-day conference commences today and ends on Wednesday in Benin City, the Edo State capital.
