A spokesperson for the Obi/Datti presidential campaign, Kenneth Okonkwo, has said the Labour Party will rather have no candidate contest for selected positions than get unqualified candidates to contest and represent the party. Okonkwo, who said this on Tuesday during an interview on Arise TV, explained why the party did not produce candidates to contest
