…Says some agencies competing for roles A proposal for the creation of new agencies to monitor and evaluate projects by the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies has been met with disapproval from the Federal Government. This was as the Federal Government frowned upon the duplication of roles, saying too many agencies were pursuing
