Four reasons lawmakers proposed compulsory five-year service for medical workers

The House of Representatives on Thursday passed the Medical and Dental Practitioners Act (Amendment) Bill, 2022 for second reading. If passed and assented to by the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd), before he bows out of office on May 29, 2023, graduates in medical and dental fields will have to render compulsory five years
