Proceedings stalled as Anambra Assembly members desert house

The Speaker, Dr Uche Okafor, had called for a motion to adopt the votes and proceedings of the May 25 sitting, when Mr Noble Igwe, representing Ogbaru Constituency l, drew his attention to the low turnout of members.
