Septuagenarian dies after brutal horse attack, rider detained

The Jigawa State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of a horse rider, Muhammad Mustapha, for allegedly using a horse to kill a 70-year-old cyclist, Umar Hassan, in the Ringim Local Government Area of Jigawa State. The state Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Lawan Adam, who confirmed the incident in a statement on Monday, said
