Vandals flee as Lagos police foil oil theft

The Lagos State Police Command on Saturday said its operatives foiled an attempt by pipeline vandals to scoop crude oil at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation pipeline at Idimu in the Alimosho Local Government Area of the state. The spokesperson for the command, Benjamin Hundeyin, in a statement, said the incident happened around 2 am
