FCT NSCDC declares war on manhole thieves, vandals

The Federal Capital Territory Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Olusola Odumosu, on Tuesday, declared war on vandals and economic saboteurs destroying government properties. Odumosu made the declaration while taking over the reins of command from his predecessor, Peter Maigari in Abuja. The Commandant pledged that measures would be put in place to make
