Govt asked to make budgeting, funds allocation transparent

The Niger Delta Budget Monitoring Group has said governments at all levels must be accountable to the citizens. It added that the budgeting process in the country had continued to be exclusive to government officials, despite agitation for inclusion by civil society organisations. This was disclosed in a communiqué jointly signed by the Multitask Officer
