Why societal need should determine varsity curriculum — Don

A Professor of Computer Engineering at the University of Maiduguri, Abdulfattah Abaoba, has said that societal needs should henceforth determine the curriculum operated by the country’s higher institutions of learning. Abaoba said that funds should be invested only in courses that provide employment for graduates. He also called for the adoption of a hybrid system
