Katsina police rescue 40-year-old kidnap victim

Operatives of the Katsina State Police Command on Saturday afternoon rescued a 40-year-old kidnap victim, Tukur Adamu, in Kankara Local Government Area of the state. According to the police, the man was shot and wounded in his left thigh by his captors before being abandoned on the outskirts of the Masaku village in the council.
