Rwandan envoy promises to strengthen bilateral relations with Nigeria

The Rwanda High Commissioner to Nigeria, Christophe Bazivamo, said he was committed to strengthening bilateral relations with Nigeria. Bazivamo stated this at Rwanda’s 30th National Heroes Day celebrated in Abuja on Saturday.
