Former Super Eagles winger, Segun Odegbami has advised the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) not to allow the Super Eagles to be distracted ahead of the clash with the Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire.Jose Peseiro’s side will take on Cote d’Ivoire in the final of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Abidjan on Sunday.Odegbami, who won the AFCON title with the Super Eagles on home soil in 1980 stated that it is important for the NFF to weave some protective net around the team.“There is this interesting story of one triathlon athlete who led the field for most of the competition, was far ahead of every other competitor and looked sure to win.
