The former governor of Oyo state Senator Rashidi Ladoja who earlier alleged the All People’s Party (APC) administration led by Senator Abiola Ajimobi (present governor of Oyo state) that they had destroyed the civil service by its sack of some permanent secretaries, got a response from the All Progressives Congress (APC), Oyo State chapter that Senator Ladoja lacks mental depth to understand modern civil service.
