APC chair lied on LG allocation seizure, Fubara’s aide insists

Special Adviser to the governor of Rivers State on Political Affairs and Strategy, Dr. Darlington Oji, has dismissed claims by Rivers State All Progressives Congress that Governor Siminalayi Fubara is withholding local government allocations. Oji said although criticisms are part of democracy, such criticisms should be constructive rather than a deliberate attempt to spread falsehood.
