Delta speaker, IYC laud Tinubu over new PAP administrator

The Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Emomotimi Guwor, and the Ijaw Youth Council Worldwide have commended President Bola Tinubu for appointing an Ijaw from the Niger Delta region, Dr Dennis Burutu Otuaro, as the new Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme. This was contained in separate congratulatory messages issued by the Delta Speaker
