The Court of Appeal, Lagos Division has upturned the judgment of Justice Mojisola Dada of the Lagos State Special Offences Court, Ikeja, which convicted and sentenced an Italian woman, Floriana De Stefani, to three years imprisonment for laying claim to property belonging to a company, Waterside Properties Limited.
