LP senator defects to APC

The Senator representing Imo East Senatorial District, Francis Ezenwa, has dumped the Labour Party for the All Progressives Congress. The defection was announced by the Senate Majority Leader, Opeyemi Bamidele, during the plenary on Tuesday. In his defection letter, Onyewuchi cited the crisis within the LP as the reason for his defection. He also stated
