Sporting Lisbon coach, Ruben Amorim has been announced head coach of Manchester United to replace Erik Ten Hag. United were able to pay Sporting an extra €1m (£840,000) as demanded on top of his €10m (£8.4m) exit clause to speed up his release from the 30-day notice period.
