Minimum wage: States set to meet January deadline as Oyo pays N80,000

Organised Labour in four states and the Federal Capital Territory have expressed optimism that their state governments will begin the payment of the new minimum wage by January ending. This was after the Oyo State Government announced that it had begun the payment of N80,000 minimum wage to workers. While Imo, Sokoto, Akwa Ibom states
