VIDEO: Pedestrian bridge closure triggers congestion for Oshodi commuters

An alternative pedestrian bridge in the Oshodi area of Lagos State was packed with commuters early on Monday, March 3, following the closure of the pedestrian bridge linking Oshodi Bus Terminals 2 and 3.
