UNFPA seeks global response to US funding freeze

Amid the halting of future funding of its programmes by the United States Government, the UNFPA - the United Nations sexual and reproductive health agency -  has called on the international community to recognise the gravity of the cuts and their potential to undermine the health and well-being of millions of the world's most vulnerable populations.
