‘Nobody has monopoly of madness’ – Shehu Sani reacts to Mali, Burkina Faso visa ban on US

 Ex-Kaduna Central senator, Shehu Sani, has hailed the visa
ban and restriction imposed on the United States by the governments of Mali and
Burkina Faso. 

In a post on his verified X handle on Friday, Sani said
nobody has monopoly of madness.

 

Recall that the Republic of Mali and its
counterpart, Burkina Faso, had announced travel restrictions on American
nationals.

 

Reacting, Sani said, “The Courageous decision by the
Governments of Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger to retaliate against Mr Trump’s
visa ban and restrictions is a proud moment for Africa.

 

“Nobody has the monopoly of madness.

 

“No matter how the black man tries to disown and demean his
country,and lick the boots of imperialism, he will never be embraced or loved
by the ideologically far right.”
