The  former Governor of Abia State, Dr Orji Kalu, has disagreed with President Goodluck Jonathan ,on his decision to declare some areas as ‘no go areas’ for members of the ongoing national conference.

Kalu, while speaking on Tuesday, on arrival from  the United Kingdom (UK), at the international wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, insisted that President Jonathan, was wrong to have told the delegates not to discuss the unity of the country even as he encouraged the delegates to discus every issues affecting the country.

Kalu challenged the members of the national conference to talk about all the problems confronting the country, maintaining that the country would not break under any circumstances.

According to Kalu, Nigeria, having fought a civil war once and survived would not go into any civil war again just as he added that European Unions and the United States of America, are expanding their horizons.

Besides, he insisted that President Jonathan erred when he instructed members of the conference not to discuss the national unity of the country, maintaining that the President was ill-advised on the unity of the Nigeria.
