In the 16-second clip, Davido was heard telling Wike that he
defeated the All Progressives Congress, APC, government.

 

“But I won. I beat you guys,” Davido told Wike when he
accompanied his uncle, Governor Ademola Adeleke, to the minister’s residence in
Abuja.

 

Responding to the singer’s remark, Wike jokingly said he
would collect Adeleke’s Certificate of Return, triggering laughter among those
present.

 

Adeleke visited Wike shortly after a
closed-door meeting with President Bola Tinubu at the State House in Abuja.
