PDP accuses APC of using Boko Haram challenge for cheap political gain

The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has stated that Tuesday’s declaration by President Goodluck Jonathan rattled the All Progressives Congress (APC).

A statement yesterday by PDP’s National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh, said instead of accepting the successes already acknowledged by Nigerians, APC leaders went into shadowboxing and mischievous propaganda in a failed attempt to score a cheap political point.

The ruling party noted that such a lurid epithet on the APC defied the logic of an alternative, while exposing it as hypocritical and opportunistic.
