Isn't Nigeria for Sale Already?

Havent you wondered if we aren't for sale already? Some years back, it was only the country that sort the loan, Today State Governents and even parastatals seek there own loan. And the crap is that they make it sound like we are so poor that we dont make anymoney at all for ourselves. We have borrowed for everything and anything in this country.
