OCDA Tear Down Jonathan Campaign Billboard In Owerri

These politicians and their drama sef. This morning, the Owerri Capital Development Authority, OCDA, tore President Jonathan’s bill board in Owerri around Concord Avenue by Civic Center estate. They said they were working on instruction. GEJ is reportedly due to be in the state tomorrow. A LIB reader in the state sent in the photos. Another pic when you continue…
