How True? Jimi Agbaje promises Free Internet in Lagos if elected

The Lagos State PDP Governorship Candidate, Jimi Agbaje has promised to offer free internet access in the state if elected.

He assured that Lagosians would no longer pay for internet connection once he becomes Governor.
