The $100,000 Missing Bag

A guy found a bag of money one early Thursday morning, so he called the Radio Station and told the presenter that he just found a bag with a $100,000, an ID Card and MasterCard belonging to One Mr Chibike Apam.

There is an address in the bag, Plot 9 , Susan Drake street, Park view Estate, Ikoyi Estate.
