While Nigerians awaits the appointments of new cabinet who will assist President Muhammadu Buhari in his administration, his government has been run by a group of bureaucrats, Punch has reported. So after six weeks of been sworn in, reports has revealed these people as the brain behind Buhari and Osinbajo (Vice President) administration. See the list below:

Mr. Aliyu Ismaila (Ministry of Defence): He is the permanent secretary for the Ministry of Defence. The ministry is reputed to be one of the most if not the most powerful in the land. Ismaila is a 1980 graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He joined the Federal Civil Service in 2006 as an Assistant Director in the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
