NDLEA Arraigns University Drop-Out For Alleged Possession Of One Hectare Of Cannabis

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) in Enugu state on Tuesday arraigned Paul Enyivigbo before a Federal High Court for alleged possession of one hectare of cannabis sativa.
