Alaibe withdraws from Bayelsa gov race

One of the topmost contenders for the All Progressives Congress governorship race in Bayelsa State, Chief Ndutimi Alaibe, has withdrawn. Alaibe, a former Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, said he withdrew from the contest in the interest of the party.
