Governor of Borno State, Kashim Shettima, yesterday embarked on a four day tour of destroyed communities being rebuilt by the state government after they have been reclaimed by Nigerian troops. Barely 24 hours after swearing in his new deputy governor, Usman Mamman Durkwa, Shettima shelved his weekend rest to personally tour the various reconstruction project...
