How right is the scenario, Is this just a Chinese thing or the decay in Security in Nigeria?

Mehn!!! this is crazy. Some peoples mentality are still so backward, which is a major problem of Nigerians.

I Remember one Nigerian official in FCT who slapped one of these Chinese people for using inferior material on the project given to them. That is taking a stand, you cant come to my country and do what you like.

Pls I can't laugh jare,
And u can imagine he has a gun in his hand and still thinks all he is good for is to hold an umbrella over an equal man's head,
This is just demeaning.
