Court Sentences Man To 4 Years Imprisonment For Defrauding Firm To The Tune Of N214M

A Jalingo Magistrate Court has on Tuesday sentenced one Terngu Balamo to four years imprisonment for defrauding Speed Engineering Concepts Limited to the tone of N214,626,300, contrary to sections 314, 322 and 287 of the penal code. The convict, was however given an option fine of N65,000 on three offenses, while on the fourth offense...
