Looters’ prosecution not governor’s job, Ugwuanyi replies APC

Ihuoma Chiedozie, Enugu THE Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, has said the state chapter of the All Progressives Congress cannot dictate how he should run his government. The APC in Enugu State had in a statement by its Publicity Secretary, Mrs. Kate Offor, on Sunday, said Ugwuanyi should recover funds allegedly stolen by his predecessor,
