landlady ask tennant to pay parking fees

A landlady in Abuja has refused to open the gate of the house to her tennant saying she refused to pay a sum of 40, 000 naira as parking fees.

A woman in Abuja, also a nurse by profession, resently payed her house rent of 400,000 naira per annum has been asked to pack out of the house by her landlady because she has refused to pay a sum of 40, 000 naira to park her car in the compound. she said this sum was never in the agreement before she payed for the house rent. she has  asked the general public for help.


The matter has been taken to the commissioner of police FCT, for further investigation.

Greed is getting to another level in this country of ours,
You pay for house rent and pay for park space in the same compound? It is just pure madness.
