Power Supply Drops By 1,000mw Due To Pipeline Vandals – Senate

The Senate said yesterday that the country was losing about 1,000 megawatts of gas-generated electricity as a result of the blowing up of major oil pipelines in Warri, Delta State by suspected Niger Delta militants. It also condemned the attacks on pipelines, saying the development was causing colossal damage to the National Integrated Power Plants...
