Register your Husband or Wife Before Feb 14

Assuming the Government instructs everybody to register their husband /wife (with proof) on or before 14th February 2016.

As a good citizen You obey, but the machine tells you, "sorry the person you are registering has already been registered"!!!

What will you do?
