Okafor Ofiebor/Port Harcourt Rivers state governor, Nyesom Wike has stated that APC candidates for the forthcoming legislative rerun elections were not campaigning because they had a plot to rig elections. He declared that the plot will fail as all Rivers people are determined never to return back to the days of mischievous and unproductive leadership. […]
