Why elections are  inconclusive – Ondo REC

THE Resident Electoral Commissioner, REC, in Ondo State, Mr. Segun Agbaje, has identified violence, non use of Smart Card Readers and over voting as the main reasons elections are declared inconclusive. Agbaje said this during the inauguration of the newly elected Chairman of the Inter Party Advisory Council, IPAC, Fatai Adams in Akure.
