Police Confirm Kidnap of Former Minister, Husband, Others in Kaduna

John Shiklam in Kaduna The Kaduna State Police Command on Tuesday confirmed the kidnapping of a former Minister of Environment, Mrs. Laurentia Laraba Mallam, and her husband, Pius, among several other persons.
