Two suspects within were arraigned in court on Friday for allegedly kidnapping and raping a 14-year-old girl in lagos. 21-year-old, Praise Essien and a 17-year-old boy (names withheld) are residents of Irepodun Close, Shasha, a suburb of Lagos.
