NHRC unveils manual to unify handling of human rights abuse complaints

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), on Tuesday in Abuja, presented to the public its Complaint Treatment Procedure Manual to ensure uniform standards in the handling of complaints on human rights abuses.
