Abducted ex-commissioner regains freedom

The abducted former Commissioner for Information in Cross River, Patrick Ugbe, has been released by his captors. Ugbe was kidnapped by gunmen at Ekpo Iso Street, Ikot Ansa, Calabar, on Thursday.
