BENIN CITY- The Founder of the Pan-Ora Socio-Cultural group, Ora Ekpen Development Association, ODA, and its current President, Professor Samuel Ifije Ahonkhai is dead. Professor Ahonkhai passed on Friday at the University College Hospital, UCH, Ibadan while undergoing treatment for an undisclosed illness.
