ECOWAS police facilitated arrest of billionaire kidnapper, Evans -IGP

INSPECTOR General of Police, Ibrahim Idris has attributed the arrest of Chukwudumeme Onwamadike, the suspected kidnapper popularly known as Evans, to information sharing and intelligence cooperation among police services in West Africa.
