PDP chair: I’ll be fair to all Presidential aspirants – Dokpesi

Media mogul and national chairmanship aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Chief Raymond Dokpesi has promised a level playing field for Presidential aspirants on the platform of the PDP if he emerges chairman at the December 9 convention.
