What the system turned us to in Nigeria (Cry of a friend)

I am not happy with the way the system had made us loose a lot of training, learning, hence brains to professions which they have no skill for. My Physics teacher, when told I was studying Science Laboratory Technology, he wasn't happy because he thought he had wasted resources in training me then.

I wonder how unhappy an Industrial Biochemistry lecturer would be when he learnt that one of his best products isn't using the skills he had taught him but trying another skill on banking or IT support-that is not of Industrial Biochemistry bias.

Note I am not angry at any of these victims of the system (i.e. classmate with whom we spent time and resources to solve problems together looking towards the bigger picture of the future and juniors that painstakingly taught skills believing that they would be used to better our system) but the system that had been and didn't allowed them to use these skills.

Some of us still fulfilling the dreams would have written books like "Keys to being determined the fulfillment of your dreams" bla bla bla but still some of us believed that it is by the grace of God that we weren't swept by the system.
